Surgery didn't cure Cancer...

After India carried out surgical strikes across the Line of Control on September 29, security forces in the Kashmir Valley have confronted large attacks by Pakistani terrorists. Earlier this week, two members of the LeT were killed, three days after they attacked a government compound in Pampore.

Attacks on security forces have increased since the killing of 22-year-old Hizbul Mujahideen terrorist Burhan Wani in July this year.

Dipa Karmakar to return BMW

Gymnast Dipa Karmakar on Wednesday revealed that she was planning to return the BMW that was gifted to her by the President of Hyderabad Badminton Association Mr. Chamundeswarinath.

According to media reports, the decision to return the car was taken jointly by Karmakar's family and her coach, as maintaining it would be a challenge for them, considering there are no service centres in Tripura. Moreover, the poor condition of roads in the state also made her to return 35 lack worth BMW car gift.

Salute to Indian Air Force...

"We would like to have more (Rafales) but it is a decision which will be taken in the near future, based on capability and desirability for the aircraft of this kind," the Air Force chief said at the annual IAF press conference.

Any air force will be proud to have an aircraft of Rafale class, which in the mid-weight category. In terms of weapon capability, its avionics, instrumentation and electronics are exceptional. It is one of the leading fighter aircraft of the current generation.

Hitting out at Rahul Gandhi over his "dalali" barb at Narendra Modi, BJP today called his remarks "a new low in Indian politics" and said he was speaking in "frustration" as the Prime Minister was drawing "praise" after he gave nod to the army to carry out the surgical strikes. 
"It is most shameful. Such remarks reflect his mental bankruptcy. The army and the Prime Minister are getting praise from everywhere for the surgical strikes. Modi is being praised for his decision and he is unable to digest it. Rahul Gandhi is in frustration,"

Kejriwal in a video message had asked the Modi government to counter Pakistan propaganda refuting claims of surgical strikes and had cited international media reports in this regard.

BJP said he was seeking proof of the strikes and attacked him for question the army's assertion.

Pakistan's Hero Kejriwal

Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal’s apparent appeal to Prime Minister Narendra Modi to provide the proof of surgical strikes carried out by the Indian Army on terror launch pads in Pakistan-Occupied Kashmir has triggered a controversy.

In a video released on Monday, Kejriwal had saluted Prime Minister Modi for carrying out the surgical strikes but he had indirectly appealed to the PM to release proof of the surgical strikes to expose Pakistan’s false propaganda over the issue.
